Overview
The Shrine of Ages is a special Expedition Area where you can permanently unlock and revisit Special Events from the past, and discover new mini-events that exist only at the Shrine. Events you unlock here are yours forever, with no time pressure and no expiration. The Shrine currently has 15+ mini-events, each with its own creatures, quests, and exclusive rewards. New events are added over time.Where to find it: Left sidebar → Adventure → Universe → Expedition Areas map → Shrine of Ages Open in 4TW ↗

How to Unlock the Shrine of Ages
The Shrine of Ages is deep in the desert. Unlocking it requires working through a chain of quests across multiple Expedition Areas:- Complete “Camouflage”, the 3rd main quest in Three Points Crossing
- Complete “Next Stop: Dragon Lair!”, a side quest in the Three Points Crossing quest market. This also unlocks the Dragon Lair.
- Complete “Question To Axe”, found at the Dig Site Quests market inside the Dragon Lair. This opens the underground Ruins area.
- In the Ruins quest market: complete the four directional quests. East, South, West, and North
- Complete “Tunnel Locked On”, also in the Ruins quest market, available after the four directional quests. This unlocks the Shrine of Ages.
The Dragon Lair is a prerequisite. You’ll pass through it on the way to the Shrine. See the Dragon Lair guide if you haven’t unlocked it yet.

Shrine Tickets
Shrine Tickets are the currency used to purchase Bracelets (event unlocks) at the Shrine Market.- You earn 1 Shrine Ticket per player level. They accumulate automatically as you level up
- You can also trade Stempos for extra Shrine Tickets if you want to unlock events faster
- Tickets are permanent. They don’t expire
Bracelets: How Events Are Unlocked
Each past event or mini-event at the Shrine is represented by a Shrine Bracelet. To access an event:
- Buy the Bracelet from the Shrine Market using Shrine Tickets. Each Bracelet unlocks one event permanently.
- Equip the Bracelet onto your current avatar look in your Wardrobe and save the look.
- Return to the Shrine of Ages. You’ll see the monsters, quests, and rewards for that event waiting for you.
- Complete the event using Shrine Stones (earned by defeating Shrine monsters) as the event’s internal currency.
You can only wear one Bracelet at a time. To switch events, go to your Wardrobe, swap the Bracelet for a different one, and save your look. Your progress in the previous event stays exactly where you left it.
Once Bought, Forever Yours
Once you purchase a Bracelet, that event is permanently unlocked on your account. There’s no time limit, no expiration, and no pressure. You can return to an event at any time by equipping its Bracelet. What’s at the Shrine

Motes must be defeated in battle first. Look for the quest involving Motes when you first arrive at the Shrine. Completing that quest chain is required before the Shrine Market opens.
