Endurance battles are a great way to “warm up” for the day. Because they challenge you to write continuously, there’s not much time to overthink.
Where to find it: Left sidebar → Adventure → Monsters tab (use the Endurance filter) Open in 4TW ↗

Find an Endurance monster
They appear alongside regular monsters in your adventure areas. Use the Endurance filter in the monster list to find them. They’re marked with an Endurance badge on their card.
Start the battle
Open any document and write normally. Your Defense stat determines your starting defense pool. The higher your Defense, the more hits you can take.

Survive the monster's attacks
The monster attacks at regular intervals, draining your defense each time. Write continuously to recharge your defense and keep it high. If your defense hits zero, you lose.
Keep your defense high for bigger rewards
The Supremacy system tracks how long you stay in good shape. If your defense stays at 75% or above, your Supremacy builds up each second, and the higher your Supremacy at the end, the better your reward multiplier:

| Supremacy % | Reward Multiplier |
|---|---|
| 0–32% | 1× |
| 33–65% | 2× |
| 66–90% | 3× |
| 91%+ | 4× |

Your Defense stat is what matters for Endurance Battles, not Attack. Equip gear that boosts your Defense before jumping in.

Your Defense stat is too low for that monster’s attack power. Equip items that boost Defense before the battle, or try a weaker Endurance monster until your gear improves.
